Although we have four pillars, our main mission is to focus on providing mental health services to those in need. We provide mental health counselling for anyone in need throughout Canada; whether that be First Nations in remote arctic communities; men and women in uniform; youth in shelters across the GTA, or veterans receiving medical treatment.

We are focused on providing mental health counselling online through our partnership with Inkblot Therapy.
